To prevent the inconvenience of a return, please measure your space and make sure the item will fit where you wish to place it and through all doorways, hallways, turns and stairways. Be sure to request a sample swatch of upholstered items, as colors may vary depending on computer monitors. Up to five samples will be sent free of charge. If you request more than 5, a small shipping fee will apply.
Custom upholstery orders cannot be returned. You may cancel an order of a stocked item prior to shipment; after the merchandise ships the order cannot be cancelled.
All bedding sales are final and non-refundable.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Non-upholstery items can be returned, however, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping charges will not be refunded unless there was freight damage. Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. State tax may or may not be refunded, depending on varying state laws.
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM:
In order to return an item, you must submit a request to customer service (email@example.com) within two (2) days of receiving your item. We will walk you thorough the steps of returning the item. After two (2) days, you will be deemed to have accepted the merchandise and return will not be possible.
We must receive your returned item within ten (10) days of original delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the unlikely event your order is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact customer service immediately upon receipt of the item, 504.899.2931 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
It is important to inspect your item upon arrival and do not sign for delivery until the shipping company notes the damage on the delivery confirmation. Failure to provide immediate notification of a damaged item may jeopardize your ability to be compensated for the damage.
Once a returned item is received, the item will be thoroughly inspected. Exchanges and refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, less 15%, once the item passes a thorough inspection. Any taxes charged will be refunded in accordance with state laws. Shipping charges are non-refundable. The returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition with original packing material and have the invoice attached.
Please note the following specifics on returnable items:
Standard rugs may be returned with the original receipt for a refund or exchange within 72 hours of delivery. If for any reason the rug seal is broken off or cut, the rug will not be accepted for return.
Rugs that are damaged or soiled in any way will not be accepted for return. Custom rugs cannot be returned.
Custom upholstery orders cannot be returned.
‘As Is’, sale items, and holiday items are all final sale and cannot be returned.
For all non-damaged merchandise, customer is responsible for the cost of packaging and shipping back all returns.
CHARGES & REFUNDS
Customers authorize, understand and agree that all charges, balances, taxes and fees as outlined in the Order Summary can be charged to the credit card provided at the time of sale. Customers will be responsible for all applicable taxes and shipping charges regardless of the amount quoted on this website at the time the order is placed. All refunds will be issued using the original form of payment.
